Daniel S. Hilker graduated from Michigan State University College of Law with honors. Daniel focuses his practice in the areas of probate litigation, estate and trust administration, elder law, and estate planning. Daniel serves on several committees and council roles, including:

Council Member for the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar and Chair of the Legislation Analysis and Monitoring Committee, and member of the Legislation Development and Drafting Committee
