Our goal is to enhance and improve the administration fo justice in our local legal system.
The conference begins with a lovely continental breakfast where you can speak face to face with particepating judges that will be present in the later “Ask the Judges” panel.
After the breakfast, we provide multiple sessions with an assortment of different topics and speakers who are all well versed and knowledgable in their respective practice areas and speaking topics.
The conference concludes with an “Ask the Judges” session where a panel of judges and lawyers will identify positive aspects of the bench-bar relationship and discuss how to avoid discord. This session is also open to questions which may include expert evidence, sanctions, discovery abuses, courthouse security, civility, and other issues.
