Murphy & Spagnuolo is looking for an ambitious and motivated attorney to be a key player on our team.  Our AV-Rated litigation firm in Okemos has enjoyed an outstanding reputation in the community for more than 40 years. An attorney in this position would provide legal counsel and service to varied clients on a diverse range of civil litigation matters and engage actively in motion practice and trial work.

We’re looking for an individual currently licensed to practice law in Michigan with:

• A firm belief in practicing law with the highest ethics and to the best of your ability;
• A willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills;
• The ability to travel as required, including attending trials, hearings, and depositions throughout the State of Michigan;
• Sharp research, analytical, and communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work both collaboratively with others in a team environment and independently; and
• Interest in marketing skills, growing career, and building a quality reputation.

While two years of experience is preferred, we welcome applications from strong candidates with less experience who are ready to rise to the challenge.
