We are currently seeking an associate attorney with prior experience in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation and litigation. Our attorneys are expected to:

  • Zealously and ethically represent, counsel, advise, and advocate for clients
  • Effectively manage cases from intake to conclusion.
  • Provide the necessary direction and guidance to staff and other attorneys for the effective and efficient progress of cases through the appropriate workflow.
  • Manage appointments and obligations, including resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Speak with and or meet potential new clients and convert leads into signed clients, including during non-business hours, in a prompt and timely matter (ie within 24 hours).
  • Ensure client files are properly worked up pursuant to standard operating procedures and good, ethical legal practice.
  • Maintain excellent client communication necessary for the proper development of the file and for client satisfaction.
  • With reasonable assistance from staff, prepare pleadings, correspondence, documents, and any other materials necessary for the appropriate management of cases.
  • Meet with management, fellow attorneys, and staff on a regular basis to confer about case management and progress.
  • Engage in professional development, continuing legal education, and networking opportunities and provide an accounting of these events on a regular (at least monthly) basis.
  • Develop and maintain recognition in the local, state, and national legal and professional community.
